Eleana brings over three decades of Human Resources expertise, gained primarily in dynamic multinational environments. Her career has been defined by a commitment to forward-thinking HR practices and impactful transformation.

From 2015 to 2023, was a key member of Deutsche Telekom’s Strategic HR Transformation team shaping large-scale initiatives across the organization. Prior to that, she served as a Partner at Deloitte, leading Human Capital Consulting Services. Her earlier career includes senior roles at Kantor Management Consulting and Vodafone, as well as holding the exclusive license for Boyden Global Executive Search in Greece.

In addition to her corporate experience, Eleana has also contributed to the nonprofit sector, serving as a Board Member of WWF Greece, where she continues to offer strategic HR guidance.

In January 2024, Eleana chose to embark on a new path. Leaving behind the corporate world, she founded Embrace People, an HR advisory company dedicated to helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people through strategic, human-centered solutions.
